Synergy Paintball Challenge Field, SYNERGY WOODS is located at
11615 Avon Belden Rd (Rt 83)
Grafton, OH 44044
1/4 mile North of the Rt 82 intersection on Rt 83.
(Behind Jeff's Towing)
Fields are open
Saturday 10:00am till 6:00 pm
Sunday 10:00am till 6:00pm
rain, shine or snow.

The use of paintballs not purchased from Synergy at the field is not allowed.

Groups and Parties

Based on Groups of 8 or more players for Saturday and Sunday bookings.
20 players or more are required for Monday-Thursday reservations.


Reservations and deposit are required for all private groups (see policy below).
 
Private play dates can be booked any time during the week at the ProShop.
Full payment is not due until date of play. Deposit (per player) is lost if player does not show.
Payment balance can be collected individually on play date.
Reservation can be made by calling 440-748-PAINT (7246) 

Group reservation Details
Summer Hours:
Morning Session 10:00am to 1:00pm 
Afternoon Session: 2:00pm to 5:00pm
 
Winter Hours
Morning Session 10:00am to 1:00pm
Afternoon Session: 2:00pm to 5:00pm
 
Additional play after your group time is over is subject to rental equipment availability additional Field Fee of $10.00 is required.

 
Package Includes
Rental Package - $39.99 per player
· Marker (Tippmann 98 or equivalent)
· Hopper
· Goggles
· HPA Tank and Air Fills
· 500 rds of Field Paint
 
Optional Gear
· Twin pod back ($5.00)

Specific team building activities and tournaments available (may require an extra
charge).
 
ALL PAINT MUST BE PURCHASED AT Synergy Woods. FIELD PAINT ONLY!

Private Group Policies
 
A non-refundable deposit of $10 per person is required 2 weeks before the play date.
Reservation should be made as soon as possible.
The deposit is to guarantee spots and equipment and will be applied to field fees.
Weekday Group Booking reservations requires payment in full for all.
 
If the minimum amount of players does not show or are not participating, Synergy Woods reserves the right to add other players to the group. The additional field charge is still non-refundable.
 
Rescheduling can be done only once and must be done 7 working days prior to play date. A rescheduling fee of $75.00 will be charged that day or we will considerit a cancellation and the deposit is non-refundable.
New play date must be agreed upon at time of rescheduling.
 
No other offers or discounts can be applied or used. All other rules and policies apply.
Any changes must be in writing and authorized by Synergy Paintball Challenge and or Synergy Woods Management.
We reserve the right to modify our policies and prices at any time.
Sales tax to be added to all prices

 

COUPON HOLDERS
Due to the limited number of Rental Equipment packages available and the First Come First Reserve reservations for the Coupons we are forced to require a $5.00 per player reservation fee to be paid at the time the reservations are made.  This is required do to groups reserving equipment and then showing up with numbers less than those reserved. This deposit will be applied toward your Air/CO2 Ticked on the day of your reservation. This fee is not refundable for those that do not show on the date of the reservation.
