14-day Money Back Guarantee

Goods purchased can be returned within
14 calendar days if the following requirements
are met:

Goods must be unopened, unused, and still in the original packaging.  If you use the item it cannot be returned to us, even if it is cleaned.  The item also must be in perfect working condition with no manufacturer's defects, manufacturer's damages, or shipping damages and all manufacturer paper work must be with the product.

If the product is defective we will replace it during the 14 day period with the same merchandise.  After 14 days you must file a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer.

All Special Orders (goods ordered at the customer’s request) must be prepaid and are Non Returnable unless it is a normally stocked item that Synergy typically keeps in our inventory.  If it is a normally stocked item all other Return Policy provisions prevail.

How Payment is Made to You:

1. You can receive the full amount you originally paid for the returned item as a store credit.

2. You can get a refund for the amount you originally paid for the item minus any costs we incur for shipping refurbishing, or restocking where appropriate.

3. In the event a refund is issued it must be done to the same credit card which it was purchased on.

4. You must have the original receipt.

5. If you paid by check or cash we will issue a check from our corporate office within 30 days of the return.

6. NO CASH REFUNDS ARE ISSUED FROM THE STORE AT ANY TIME.
